Zaynno ships to customers throughout the United States, including residential and business addresses where carrier services are available.

2. Order Processing

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, orders are processed, prepared, and dispatched for shipment.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be extended.

3. Delivery Time

As a dropshipping business working with multiple fulfillment partners and suppliers, delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination.

Estimated delivery time within the United States:

  • 7–20 business days after shipment.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including:

  • Customs inspections;
  • Severe weather conditions;
  • Carrier delays or service interruptions;
  • High shipping volumes during holidays or promotional periods;
  • Other unforeseen logistical issues.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Zaynno may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders. Any such promotion will be clearly indicated on the website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email whenever tracking is available.

Please allow 2–7 business days for tracking information to become active and updated by the carrier.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

If an order cannot be delivered due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address;
  • Failure to receive the package;
  • Refusal of delivery;

the package may be returned to the fulfillment center. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

7. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different warehouses or suppliers.

As a result, customers may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages may arrive on different dates.

8. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

9. Lost or Missing Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, Zaynno will, at its discretion:

  • Send a replacement item; or
  • Issue a full refund.

10. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To assist with the claim process, please provide:

  • Your order number;
  • Clear photographs of the damaged item;
  • Clear photographs of the packaging.

After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
