By placing an order with Zaynno, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order if:

- The item received is incorrect.

- The item arrives incomplete or missing parts.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

2. Non-Returnable Items

No additional cost will be charged for approved replacements due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

9. Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, Zaynno may, at its discretion:

- Issue a full refund.
